Public Information and Records Requests 

To submit a Public Information Act request for District records, please submit your request in writing through one of the following methods:

• Email it to RecordsRequest@mcesd2.org or admin@mcesd2.org . In the body of the email, include the type of information you’re requesting (type of report or record, incident date, etc.), and your contact information (name, email, phone number).
• Mail to Montgomery County ESD No. 2, Attn: Open Records Request, 20590 Eva Street Montgomery, TX 77356
• Deliver it in person to the District Administration Building located at 20590 Eva Street Montgomery, TX 77356

Records requests must be submitted in writing via one of the methods as listed above. Your request will be acknowledged within ten (10) business days of receipt. Requests received via other methods including fax, or emailed to individual District or Department representatives will not be accepted or processed.

Large requests may incur some expense to provide records. In the event your request requires payment, you will be contacted by a District representative before any charges are incurred. Please do not send payments with your request.

Please call the District’s office with any questions regarding the best way to submit a request, for information on an existing request, or for all other non-report related matters.
